    Been multiple times previously with helpful staff, but again the older lady with glasses on the front desk mentioned in other reviews is rude and wouldn't let me finish explaining. Before stating they can't help and I have to call the helpline, regardless of previously being assisted face to face at this centre. Ridiculous as it has been already months of being kept on hold with the line she directed me to call..

    The woman on the front desk was hideously rude, dismissive, condescending, and patronising. Her customer service was appalling, she was void of compassion and her attitude was reprehensible.

    I was surprised how smoothly everything was there. It took me no more than 10min of waiting. The staff was helpful and solved both my questions. I'm satisfied with the service.

    There's no Medicare section here. So don't come to this centre for that. (as of 7sept2017).

    The worst place I couldn't get any help I asked to get my crn because I didn't have it and the stupid woman said it's the number that I log in with but I didn't have the number hence why I asked for it. I hate this place and all the workers. Unhelpful and rude
