  Took the day off work because I was tracking my parcel via email, Nothing came, neither the parcel nor the postie whereas the status changed from delivering today to we missed you today to awaiting collection. And guess what, there was no attempted delivery card in my letter box either as if the whole process took place in Australia Post's La La Land.... they have better service in third world countries.... what a disappointment...

  Muppets don't even have a phone number to call and confirm they hold a parcel for me? And the operator on the main line cannot help me. I received a random urgent collection reminder for a parcel which I think I have collected a week prior. Its no wonder AusPost is failing.. if it were a private service it would have been wound up by now. Too bad its a monopoly.

  Once again story is repeating itself. I took a day off at work to receive my parcel, the lady rang the bell once, I answered and then she didn't come upstairs to my apartment to bring it to me, so I have to waste my time again and go to the Post Office :) Lack of professionalism.

  Never rang my bell. I wonder why you deliver guys still put note inside mailbox. Isn't it another redundant behavior besides ringing the bell? Wouldn't just send an email and let everyone crowd into your post office to pick their parcels be nicer? Worst delivery service I've ever had in my life.

  Sitting in front of my door. Still missed it! why is that ? The delivery person don’t knock the door?
