  Laziest customer service rep looking for every excuse not servicing you and processing your form. Waste you time if you need to submit any paper work. Ridiculous

  The product range on display is ok, but they don't always have all their application forms on display... so sometimes you have to line up to obtain one from staff and line up again to have it processed.

  Do yourself a favor and go up the road to the Strawberry Hill post office branch. They have more of a "can do" attitude and it is less depressing...

  This branch has to have some of the most unmotivated staff I've ever encountered at Australia Post. One or two of the staff are good, but the rest are a mixed bag of enthusiasm.

  Worst customer service ever. They make a great case for privatisation of the postal system. Most of the staff would never pass performance reviews in the corporate world. The Filipino guy is THE WORST!

  If you want to wait in line then this is the place for you. If you want other staff members to interrupt you mid-transaction then this is the place for you.

  Not recommended because of a only 1 person working there, I'm not racist in anyway but she is the only one there causing me troubles every time, she doesn't know her job or anything about manners and how to treat other people, after I started speaking to her she burst into laughter and after 1 min, I asked her what so funny? she replied saying do you even speak English!!! by the way English is not her first language too, I told her I guess we all do... , real funny thing: I said the same thing to another guy working there (in English language) and it's all done, this wasn't the first incident with her the first time was when I wanted to rent a post box she didn't accept my photo id card said only a passport or driving licence are accepted for identity points, another one in the same office accepted it..., second time was when I wanted to return a mobile I purchased next day of purchase without opening the package she said they have a no return policy and she will not return it, I asked the manager and said it's okay to return the product as long as the package is not opened and after filing a product return form...., sadly she is always the one who answers me first when i get there and giving me hard time !!!!, but luckily she is not the only one working there otherwise I would definitely send an official complaints against her unprofessional and racist attitude, the manager and all other staff are all friendly and helpful.
